I’ve had my old number for so long. Can I use it with your service?

Our number porting process usually takes 10 business days after the order is placed with all the necessary information and documents. For toll free numbers that you would want to port, our estimated time to complete the process is two weeks. Nonetheless, we will keep you updated on the status of your request, and will make sure that you will never regret any minute of waiting.

We also provide temporary telephone numbers for those who are still awaiting the completion of their local number porting request. These temporary numbers can be kept for future use, or discharged once the old number is successfully ported into our hosted PBX service.

Once we’ve confirmed the porting of your old number into our system, your old service must be deactivated. In order to do this, you must contact your old service provider immediately.
